We are one of the largest medical groups in Northern California looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Medical Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Verify insurance eligibility, process referrals and authorizations
- Assist doctors with procedures
- Room and check patient vitals
- Update EMR system
- Handle pharmacy requests
- Perform EKG S, injections and blood draws
Qualifications :
- Medical Assistant Diploma or Certificate
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active CPR / BLS certificate
- 1 year as a Medical Assistant working in an outpatient clinical setting
